Photograph attached to scrapbook. It depicts an infant patient of Vancouver Children's Hospital, named David, and a nurse. David is resting in a baby buggy donated to the Hospital by B'nai B'rith Lion's Gate Lodge. The photograph was sent to the Lodge along with a thank you letter from the Hospital that details David's improving health and the Hospital's future plans for the buggy. The letter is attached to the scrapbook, next to the photograph.
