The fonds consists of correspondence, meeting minutes, financial records, newspaper clippings, and photographs from the Mountain View Cemetery Restoration Committee (under the Schara Tzedeck Cemetery Board). The fonds includes extensive records of all Jewish families buried in the cemetery, including pictures of their gravestones before and after being restored, family trees, and copies of birth, immigration, marriage, and death certificates when available.

Seidelman family fonds

The fonds contains records from various Seidelman family members, including Private Edward Joseph Seidelman, Harry Seidelman, and William Seidelman Sr. The records reflect the family’s daily life. The fonds includes photographs of the Seidelman family members and friends. The textual material includes letters written by Private Edward Joseph Seidelman while in the Army from 1916 to 1917. Also included are correspondence of Harry Seidelman and records relating to his employment as a sailor and as a partner at United Grain and Milling Co. Ltd. Other records include receipts, financial records, school certificates, newspaper clippings, and records relating to the family’s involvement in the Vancouver Jewish community.

Marjorie Groberman fonds

The fonds contains records from Marjorie Groberman's work with Hadassah Wizo in Vancouver. The fonds consists of textual materials including newspaper clippings and a manual on Hadassah Wizo's annual bazaars in Vancouver and elsewhere in Canada and Israel. Several files are dedicated to material prepared before, during and after the Hadassah Wizo general convention, which took place in Vancouver in 1997. Two files detail three awards given to Marjorie, two from the Jewish community of Vancouver and one from the government of BC, the BC Community Achievement Award in 2010. There are multiple copies of Hadassah Wizo's journal, Highlights Magazine, and Orah Magazine. Other records include letters and cables written to Marjorie by colleagues and friends from the organization and family members, as well as 7 photographs and approximately 250 slides

Leonard Frank Photos studio fonds

The fonds consists of records from three distinct sources: the Leonard Frank Photos studio, the Frank family , and the Landauer family. The records of Leonard Frank Photos studio constitute those that remained after the closure of the business in 1983. They consist of photographs and textual records. The photographs cover many significant events and developments in British Columbia's history. Their major subject areas include logging, lumbering, mining, shipping, fishing and transportation; the construction of bridges and buildings in the Vancouver area; famous people; aboriginal peoples; and scenic views of mountainous, coastal, and urban areas. The photographs were taken by Leonard Frank and Otto Landauer. The textual records consist of photographic FindingAids, business correspondence, financial records, and historical and reference material. The records of the Frank family consist of the personal papers of Leonard and Bernard Frank. The records of the Landauer family consist of the personal papers of Otto Landauer and members of his family.

Jewish Western Bulletin fonds
