It depicts Chuck Kemp (standing, left), Maurice Lifchus (standing, right), and resident children of a Children's Aid Society receiving home on 59th Avenue and Oak Street in Vancouver. Members of the B'nai B'rith Canadian Committee on Civic Affairs volunteered their time to construct playground equipment for the children living at the home. The children are seen playing with the equipment.
