General McRae grounds

B&W print depicts Phyliss Snider posing in the grounds of General McRae's House. As of 1962 the grounds have been owned by the University Women's Club and are refered to as Hycroft Manor. On the back of the image is written: General McRae grounds and 1987 now University Women's Club. It is not clear what 1987 is referring to.
