It depicts a group of B'nai B'rith Lion's Gate Lodge members - (left to right) Maurice Lifchus, Chuck Kemp, an unknown member, Sid Greenberg, and an unknown member - waiting to welcome Helene Tellier back to Vancouver. Tellier underwent a successful deep-freeze operation at the National Jewish Hospital in Denver, Colorado to repair a congenital heart defect. B'nai B'rith Lion's Gate Lodge was instrumental in referring Tellier to the hospital.
