Construction started on the Preventive Medical Building (Wesbrook Building) at UBC in 1949 and ended in 1951. However, Landauer did not move Leonard Frank Studios to 641 Pender St (which this image is stamped with) until 1952. This image has therefore been tentatively dated at 1952.

Renovations to interior of Orpheum Theatre, 884 Granville Street, Vancouver, British Columbia

Photograph depicts the interior of a theatre, most likely the Orpheum Theatre at 884 Granville St., Vancouver, British Columbia. Construction on the Orpheum was complete in 1927 by the Orpheum Vaudeville circuit; the theatre was used primarily for films until the 1970s. In 1974, the City of Vancouver purchased the theatre, undertaking extensive renovations to its Spanish Baroque style structure. It reopened in 1977 as the home of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and regularly hosts pop and classical concerts.

Alterations & additions to the Terminal City Club, facing southwest, no. 24

Photograph depicts alterations and additions to the Terminal City Club. The Terminal City Club began in 1892 when the mayor and several prominent businessmen founded a businessmen's club. The name is derived from Vancouver being the terminus of the Canadian Pacific Railway. The club is currently located at 837 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
