William Katzin

A registration card issued by the Real Estate Council of British Columbia to Harry Seidelman. The card states Harry Seidelman's registration for the Real Estate Licensing Course starting June 1, 1964, and for the licensing examination on July 2, 1964.

Newspaper Clipping

Clipping contains a message to the editor of Feedstuffs journal from Harry Seidelman, which states that United Milling and Grain Company Limited will be canceling its subscription to Feedstuffs as the company is going to close. Clipping is paper-clipped with another letter (see Item 15 of this file).

Michael Livni (Max Langer)

Oral history interview with Michael Livni (formerly Max Langer). Conducted as a phone interview, with Michael in Israel, at the time preparing for the 2010 Camps exhibit. Much of the interview Michael speaks of his experiences at Camp Miriam and helped to raise funds for the existing property to be out rightly purchased, where previously it was sustainable to rent.

Louis Averbach

Oral history interview with Louis Averbach who born in the Ukraine in 1914. In Vancouver Louis worked in the furniture business, eventually setting up his own store 'Belmont Furniture'. Louis strongly advocates the importance of advertising throughout his career and afterwards. Moved into building later in life, first the Kamlo Motel on English Bay and later high rise apartments in the West End.
