Limited in Vancouver, dated February 3, 1964. The Unsworth family, who operate a farm, express their sadness regarding learning of the company's closure. They also write kind words about the company letting them know how much they valued doing business with them.

Letter from Arthur H. Schaefer of Packer By-Products Company in the United States to Harry Seidelman in Vancouver, dated March 3, 1964. In the letter Arthur H. Schaefer refers to Harry Seidelman's message to the editor of Feedstuffs journal (see previous Item 14 of this file) to ask Harry a property leasing question regarding his own business. The clipping of Harry's message to the editor is paper-clipped with this letter.

Ellison expresses his sadness over the closure of United Milling and Grain Company Limited and tells Harry Seidelman that he has enjoyed doing business with his company throughout the years.

Louis Averbach

Oral history interview with Louis Averbach who born in the Ukraine in 1914. In Vancouver Louis worked in the furniture business, eventually setting up his own store 'Belmont Furniture'. Louis strongly advocates the importance of advertising throughout his career and afterwards. Moved into building later in life, first the Kamlo Motel on English Bay and later high rise apartments in the West End.
